    For Midwives and Healthcare Professionals

You already know which mothers worry you. Téra helps you see the ones you cannot yet see.

Téra gives midwives and health care providers a passive view of how their mothers are engaging between visits. Not alerts that interrupt your day. Not scores that require interpretation. A calm weekly view of who needs a conversation this week and why.

    A weekly summary every Monday

Each week you receive a summary showing all mothers under your care, organised by engagement pattern. Mothers whose rhythm has shifted appear at the top.

    Plain language, not scores

Téra does not give you a risk score or a diagnostic flag. It tells you what it has observed in plain language. You decide what to do with that information.

    Draft messages ready to send

When a mother's engagement suggests a check-in is due, Téra prepares a suggested WhatsApp message in your name. You review it, edit it, and send it or not. The decision is always yours.

    One professional per mother throughout

Téra does not reassign mothers between care providers. The relationship you build from pregnancy through the postnatal period is preserved. She hears from you, not from a system.

    Very little, by design.

Téra is designed around how midwives and health care providers already work. It does not require new clinical workflows, additional training, or new software beyond what you already use. The weekly summary arrives. You review it. You reach out to the mothers who need it.

Onboarding for a new cohort takes less than twenty minutes.

    Important to know.

Téra does not diagnose. Clinical judgement belongs to you.

Téra does not contact mothers directly without your involvement.

Téra does not generate automated alerts outside your working hours.

Téra does not replace the healthcare provider. It informs her.

    Join the pilot programme.

Téra is currently accepting midwives and care teams for its validation pilot programme. Pilot access is provided at no cost in exchange for participation in our evidence programme.

A pilot can begin with as few as 20 active mothers under your care.
